WordPress System Information Option Panel

WordPress System Information options are grouped in two convenient tabs: WordPress and PHP.In WordPress section you can get the basic informations of your blog which are not accessible directly from the WordPress admin pages. The PHP section enables you to know the detailed informations about your system.

By default the option panel shows the details of the WordPress tab.

About WordPress

The first section you will notice is About Worpress. In this section you can get the informations regarding your blog which includes the version of WordPress in use, address of WordPress, address of your blog, title of your blog and the tagline of your blog.

Posts

In this section you can see the informations regarding the Posts in your blog. You can get the total number of posts, latest post date, first post date from this section. Not only that this section also enables you to view the 10 latest Commented posts and Top 10 commented posts in a sorted manner, as well as you can view the comments of the respective posts simply clicking on the Post title.

Comments

You will get the total number of comments in your blog and you can also view the number of comments that are marked as approved, moderated and spam comments respectively.

Widgets

You can get the list of available widgets as well as the displayed widgets if you are using a widget enabled theme for your blog.

Themes

You can get the details of all installed themes in your system from this section.

The activated theme is shown in different color

Plugin

This section is subdivided into two section

  • Active Plugins- Shows the details of the active plugins
  • Inactive Plugins- Shows the details of the Inactive plugins in different color

Options

You can get all the options of your blog most of which are not accessible directly from the admin pages.

PHP

System Information

The first section you will notice is System Information. This section enables you to view the informations regarding your system. You can get the PHP Core informations as well as the other informations of your system.

MySQL

You can get the Server Version, Client Info, Host Info, Protocol Version from this option.

PHP Modules

You can get the name of the loaded modules of PHP in your system from this section.

PHP Variables

You can get the details of the PHP variables which includes Server, Environment, Request, Get, Post, Session and Cookie, from this section.

Installation

  1. Upload or move the plugin file to your wp-content/plugins directory
  2. Log in to WordPress
  3. Click Plugins from the main menu
  4. Scroll to find the name of the plugin - Follow URL, and click Activate

Uninstallation

  1. Log in to WordPress
  2. Click Plugins from the main menu
  3. Scroll to find the name of the plugin - Follow URL, and click Deactivate

This disables the plugin. You can also delete the follow.php file from wp-content/plugins directory for permanent removal.
