The first section you will notice is About Worpress. In this section you can get the informations regarding your blog which includes the version of WordPress in use, address of WordPress, address of your blog, title of your blog and the tagline of your blog.
In this section you can see the informations regarding the Posts in your blog. You can get the total number of posts, latest post date, first post date from this section. Not only that this section also enables you to view the 10 latest Commented posts and Top 10 commented posts in a sorted manner, as well as you can view the comments of the respective posts simply clicking on the Post title.
You will get the total number of comments in your blog and you can also view the number of comments that are marked as approved, moderated and spam comments respectively.
You can get the list of available widgets as well as the displayed widgets if you are using a widget enabled theme for your blog.
You can get the details of all installed themes in your system from this section.

The first section you will notice is System Information. This section enables you to view the informations regarding your system. You can get the PHP Core informations as well as the other informations of your system.
